How it started
Hi! My name is Jill Dinnan, and I am the founder of the BotaniBowl. I am a wife, mother of 3, dog mom of 2, and RN from central Michigan.
I have been collecting houseplants for the past 5 years, and have recently started sharing the knowledge I’ve gained on my Instagram page, @curly_plant_mom. It has been an incredible journey, and has allowed so many opportunities for me, including this one.
The idea for the BotaniBowl came after I decided to try making a dog bowl planter to share on my Instagram. The idea was so popular, and I had thousands of people ask how I made it. While I was happy with how it turned out, I knew it could be better. And so, with help from some design friends, the BotaniBowl was born. An all-in-one product that makes it easier and more functional for anyone to keep a dog bowl planter in your home.
